Business Developer – Account Manager
For further expansion of our activities and market position, DILACO is looking for an experienced Account Manager - Business Developer. We are looking for a sales professional with two or more years’ worth of experience in ICT Consulting.
As a Business Developer we expect you to build and maintain relationships with potential customers and develop new opportunities. We want someone who gets a buzz by closing deals, finding new clients, and making things happen.
- Identify potential clients in the target markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and service needs in order to propose relevant solutions
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Follow sales processes, use sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.) to document sales activities and suggest/share improvements
- Become a subject matter expert on our business service lines, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- You have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Experienced in direct sales and in developing new business relationships
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- A great listener and a fast learner willing to make an impact that matters.
- Confident, curious, entrepreneurial, independent and self-motivated, eager to learn new things and innovate/improve processes
