Business Developer Account Manager

 

For further expansion of our activities and market position, DILACO is looking for an experienced Account Manager - Business Developer. We are looking for a sales professional with two or more yearsworth of experience in ICT Consulting.

As a Business Developer we expect you to build and maintain relationships with potential customers and develop new opportunities. We want someone who gets a buzz by closing deals, finding new clients, and making things happen.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and service needs in order to propose relevant solutions
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Follow sales processes, use sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.) to document sales activities and suggest/share improvements
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business service lines, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

 

Requirements:

  • You have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
  • Experienced in direct sales and in developing new business relationships
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French
  • A great listener and a fast learner willing to make an impact that matters.
  • Confident, curious, entrepreneurial, independent and self-motivated, eager to learn new things and innovate/improve processes
  • KPI and target driven
